In 2018, MSSEMEA Ltd. and the Al Shready group of companies came together to create a Joint Venture Partnership (“JVP”) specifically formulated to maximise the many opportunities within not only Egypt, but also the surrounding North African and Middle Eastern countries. MSSEMEA operates exclusively within Egypt with the Al Shready group of companies.

History

MSSEMEA’s Peter and Harj were introduced to Mr. Mohy Al Shready when they were in Cairo, in 2018. Peter and Harj were there predominantly on MSSUNIV related fuels business and also with an open mind to further investigate opportunities within Egypt as part of the MSSEMEA, and associated companies’, development plan for expansion into key North African countries. Upon meeting, both MSSEMEA and Al lShready immediately saw the possibilities of uniting and utilising each others strengths to bolster their own, the connection and synergy was electrifying, and the joint venture partnership was swiftly created.

The Libyan-Egyptian Company for Agricultural and Real Estate Investment is one of the core companies within the Al Shready group of companies.

It is a coming together of Egyptian and Libyan Businessmen, working in various fields. Since establishing their farms in 2008, the Libyan-Egyptian Company now has over 1,200 hectares of prime agricultural land around Egypt, comprising of 500 hectares in the Nubaria area for oranges, 300 hectares in Sadat City for Grapes, 200 hectares in Wadi El Natroun City (near to the Desert Road) for Pomegranates, and 200 hectares in the Badr Area for Strawberry and Vegetables.



Global Logistics Services was formed by the Al Shready group after the Libyan-Egyptian Company had successfully established their agricultural produce business. It was constructed as a way of not only streamlining their own costs, but to also increase profits by offering logistics services to other companies.
